Refund & Return Policy

At Debol's Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item if:
  • It is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • It includes all original packaging, tags, accessories, or documentation.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
🚫 Non-returnable items include:
  • Gift cards or store credits.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Perishable goods or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. cosmetics, underwear).

2. How to Initiate a Return.

To request a return:
  • Email info@debolsstore.com or debolstore3@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Our support team will guide you on where to send your item (return address depends on your location).
  • Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return

3. Refund Process.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. It will be returned via your original payment method (bank, card, mobile money, etc.). You will receive a confirmation once your refund is issued.
💡Note: Refund times may vary depending on your financial institution.

4. Exchanges.

Need a different size, color, or replacement item?
  • We accept exchanges on eligible items.
  • You’ll be responsible for the return shipping of the original item.
  • Once received and approved, your new item will be shipped out

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent, damaged item), we will cover return shipping
  • For all other reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong size ordered), you will bear the return shipping cost

6. Damaged or Defective Items.

If you receive a damaged or defective product:
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Attach photos or video as proof.
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund (including any shipping cost).

7. Customs, Duties, and International Returns.

For customers outside Estonia:
  • Return packages must be clearly marked as “Returned Merchandise”.
  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or charges incurred during return unless the fault lies with Debol's Store.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all international returns.
