Matcha ginger latte is a ready-made portioned soluble granules/powder based on, among other things, green tea powder, ginger powder creamer and milk powder. Japanese green tea that is ground into powder is called "matcha". Traditionally, green tea leaves are harvested in a special way. They are covered with dark cloths a few weeks before harvest. This means that the tea plants receive less sunlight, causing them to produce more chlorophyll. Chlorophyll ensures that the leaves are greener in color, healthier and tastier. With additional additions of latte (milk) and ginger, this drink provides a smooth and creamy texture with a spicy taste. You can serve matcha ginger latte both cold and hot. Mix the matcha latte bag with 180 ml of hot water. For cold serving with 90 ml hot water with ice cubes.
